Phase One Application The City of Columbus Division of Mobility and Parking Services is holding an educational open house for Phase One households who wish to learn more about the online permit parking portal. Staff will be available to go step by step through the application process, updating permits, managing guest permits and passes, and more. The Division will be holding these open houses with each of the 6 phases of implementation concluding in 2026. Members of the Division will be at the German Village Meeting Haus at 588 S 3rd St on Tuesday, April 29th from 5:00–7:00 PM and Thursday, May 1st from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM to assist residents with permit parking for Phase One households.
