The PreTour invites guests to an unforgettable evening of exclusivity and celebration, perfectly themed for "Life is a Cabaret"—Spotlight on German Village.

VIP Home Preview (4:00 PM – 6:30 PM): Enjoy early access to select homes and discover hidden spaces not available during the Sunday tour. Gain unique insights from homeowners and docents who bring the stories of these historic homes to life.
Cocktail Party (6:00 PM – 7:45 PM): Gather at the GVS Meeting Haus for a festive cocktail hour that sparkles with cabaret-inspired flair. Don’t miss a fabulous performance of dancers and performers showcasing a medley of iconic songs from Cabaret. Immerse yourself in the energy and excitement of the Kit Kat Club—an experience you won’t soon forget. Raise a glass to community, creativity, and the magic of German Village.
Private Dinners (8:00 PM): Delight in an intimate dining experience hosted by German Village residents. Each dinner will offer a unique, themed menu designed around the “Life is a Cabaret” theme, creating an unforgettable evening of culinary excellence and neighborly hospitality.
